Qualifications

• Proven experience leading electrical service operations.
• Experience as Service Director, Service Manager, Operations Manager, or similar role.
• Strong background in the electrical contracting industry.
• Demonstrated success growing service revenue and customer accounts.
• Experience managing budgets, P&L, and operational performance.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities.
• Excellent client-facing communication and relationship management.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on long-term growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of the electrical service division, including operations, sales, profitability, and team development.
• Develop and execute strategic growth plans for the service business.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Oversee service managers, supervisors, technicians, and support personnel.
• Establish and monitor KPIs, budgets, and financial goals.
• Drive service revenue growth through maintenance agreements, repairs, renovations, and small projects.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and client retention across all accounts.
• Create a culture centered around safety, accountability, and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to identify new market opportunities.
