Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration with 12+ years of leadership experience.
• Associate’s degree with 14+ years of leadership experience.
• High school diploma with 16+ years of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee system and facility operations enhancements.
• Recruit, develop, and evaluate Electric Field Leaders.
• Participate in on-call rotation for storm response and 24/7 readiness.
• Provide oversight of safety, financials, and Lean initiatives.
• Supervise teams across electric distribution and support areas.
