Ideal candidates have a BS in Food Services Management or AA plus experience, 5–7 years of leadership in foodservice, strong budgeting and P&L skills, and ServSafe certification. Join a high-performance team delivering quality meals and service.

Qualifikationen

• BS in Food Services Technology/Management or AA with 4 years related experience.
• 5–7 years foodservice operations management experience.
• Strong knowledge of food cost control, sanitation, and presentation.
• P&L accountability or contract-managed service experience preferred.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; ServSafe Certified.

Aufgaben

• Lead salaried managers and hourly staff, setting direction and standards.
• Deliver an exceptional client and customer experience across retail, cafeteria, and catering.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop your team; manage performance.
• Build and manage the annual budget; use inventory, payroll, and reports.
• Stay hands-on in food preparation and service; uphold Eurest standards.
• Champion quality improvement, sanitation, and infection control.
• Handle other duties as assigned.
