Eurest, a member of Compass Group USA, is seeking a Director of Dining Services in Reston, VA. You will oversee day-to-day operations for a dining account, lead a team of associates, manage client relations, and ensure the food offered to customers is of superior quality.

You will collaborate with the Chef to create menus, oversee all P&L and budgeting, and roll out new culinary programs while delivering top-quality service in a corporate dining environment.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of foodservice operation experience.
• High volume production and catering experience is essential.
• Experience managing a budget.

Responsibilities

• Maintain excellent relationships with customers, guests and clients and other departments.
• Collaborate with the Chef and management to create menus and ensure top quality food.
• Oversee all P&L and budgeting for the account.
• Roll out new culinary programs.
