Job summary

The Hernando County YMCA in Spring Hill, FL is seeking an Executive Director to lead day-to-day branch operations, supervise staff and volunteers, oversee the budget, and drive strategic community partnerships. This role reports to the District Vice President and supports YMCA initiatives in Healthy Living, Youth Development and Social Responsibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human services, social services, business or equivalent preferred.
• 4+ years of YMCA Branch experience is preferred.
• Strong writing, verbal and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day general administration of the branch including staff supervision and coaching.
• Budgeting and expense control; income generation and program development.
• Community relations, collaborations and long-range planning.
• Lead with accountability, professionalism and ethical behavior.
