Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
• 4+ years of YMCA Branch experience preferred.
• Able to direct operations, budgets, and staff supervision.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day branch administration and staff coaching.
• Prepare and manage annual branch budget with oversight.
• Grow membership and community partnerships.
• Ensure safety and quality of facilities and programs.
• Represent the YMCA in the local community and public relations.
