YMCA of South Palm Beach is seeking a Branch Executive Director to lead a thriving community branch with a focus on member experience, program quality, and fiscal stewardship.

Reporting to the President & CEO, you will drive strategy, fundraising, partnerships, and staff development to advance the YMCA's mission while overseeing daily operations and ensuring inclusive, high-impact programs for all ages.

Qualifications

• Progressive leadership experience in YMCA, nonprofit, health and wellness, or comparable operations.
• Experience in financial management, fundraising, and strategic planning.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and staff development skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and management of day-to-day branch operations.
• Oversee membership engagement, retention, and growth through exceptional customer service and programming.
• Develop, manage, and monitor annual operating and capital budgets.
• Lead fundraising initiatives and donor engagement to meet development goals.
• Recruit, develop, supervise, and retain high-performing staff and volunteers.
• Partner with the branch board to advance strategic priorities and planning.
• Drive program development and membership growth aligned with community needs.
• Ensure compliance with policies, risk management, and financial controls.
• Foster an inclusive culture and strong partnerships within the community.
