Job summary

Community Foundation of Johnson County is seeking an Operations Leader to oversee day-to-day functions and lead staff across Programs, Volunteers, and Inventory/Warehouse in Johnson County, Iowa.

You will design policies, coordinate cross-department efforts, manage schedules and payroll, and partner with program managers on referral-to-delivery processes for Comforts of Home and Express Bed Delivery programs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, communicate and execute policies and procedures for day-to-day operations.
• Coordinate cross-department communication for efficient operations.
• Set staff schedules and review timesheets and payroll for regular and bonus payrolls.
• Oversee referral-to-delivery processes for programs like Comforts of Home and Express Bed Delivery.
• Guide volunteer program, training, and tracking of volunteer information and activity.
• Oversee warehouse management, inventory tracking, and donation intake.
