Job summary

The YMCA of South Palm Beach County seeks a Senior Branch Executive Director to lead Devos Blum Family YMCA in Boynton Beach, FL. You will oversee day-to-day operations, member experience, program quality, and staff development, ensuring financial performance and community impact.

Reporting to the President & CEO, you will drive fundraising, partnerships, and strategic planning, while maintaining a safe, inclusive, and customer-focused environment that supports growth and mission delivery.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of progressive leadership experience in YMCA, nonprofit, health and wellness, or comparable business operations.
• Demonstrated success in financial management, fundraising, strategic planning, staff leadership, and operational management.
• Proven ability to develop community partnerships and lead volunteer boards.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and management of day-to-day branch operations.
• Oversee membership engagement, retention, and growth through exceptional customer service and programming.
• Develop, manage, and achieve annual operating and capital budgets.
• Lead the branch's fundraising initiatives and cultivate donor relationships.
• Recruit, develop, supervise, and retain high-performing staff and volunteers.
• Partner with the Branch Board of Managers to advance strategic priorities.
