Job summary

The Cigna Group, through its MDLive remote program, is seeking a Sr. Director of Client Success to lead strategic relationships with major health plans, employers, and TPAs.

You will own client health, drive renewals, expansion, and value realization while aligning cross-functional teams to the client’s priorities. Qualifications

• 10+ years in healthcare client management or strategic account management.
• Experience leading executive reviews and multi-stakeholder coordination.
• Strong executive presence and commercial acumen.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic client health narrative and renewal risk management.
• Lead renewal and revenue-retention strategies with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans with growth focus.
• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews and Annual Strategic Reviews.
• Translate data into executive-level insights and recommendations.
• Serve as client voice and cross-functional quarterback.
