You will manage end-to-end financial and risk reporting, partnering with product, sales, operations, technology, and finance to strengthen controls and scale reporting as products evolve. You’ll build a consistent reporting approach for senior decision-makers, driving accountability, continuous improvement, and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product control or related fields with leadership responsibilities.
• Proven ability to own P&L reporting in a well-controlled environment.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, reconciliations, and end-to-end product lifecycles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for senior audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a product controllers team with clear priorities and strong risk culture.
• Own end-to-end P&L reporting and key risk reporting for supported products.
• Deliver clear financial insights and executive narratives to senior stakeholders.
• Set the direction for management reporting content, metrics, governance, and cadence.
• Partner with operations, technology, middle office, and other control functions to design robust controls.
• Govern financial impact assessments and accounting treatments for new products.
• Drive issue management and remediation with root-cause analysis.
• Lead change initiatives such as process automation and data quality improvements.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to resolve complex topics.
• Prepare senior-level materials, including executive presentations.
• Respond to high-priority requests from control partners with urgency and quality.
