Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in New York is seeking experienced Control Management program professionals to drive strategic initiatives across firmwide risk and control frameworks. You will partner with senior leaders to deliver high-impact analyses and execute key firmwide programs.

The role focuses on end-to-end management of priority programs, process and product design, operating models, and data-driven reporting to elevate controls and efficiency across Lines of Business and Regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial services and/or consulting.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills; ability to tailor messages for audiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide central program management support for strategic firmwide initiatives.
• Support preparation and delivery of materials for meetings with stakeholders, senior management, and regulators as applicable.
• Provide executive management reporting focusing on program performance and risks; derive solutions and drive remedies.
• Own end-to-end execution of priority programs related to JPM’s risk and control framework including design and implementation of processes, tools, and operating models.
• Partner with stakeholders across all lines of business to drive progress and deliverables.
