JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an Executive Director, Cash Management Product Control Lead in New York to oversee end-to-end financial and risk reporting for cash management and deposit products. The role drives transparent reporting, strong governance, and scalable insights for senior decision-makers.

You will lead a team of product controllers, partner across functions, and drive process improvements, automation, and robust controls while shaping executive narratives and reporting cadence.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product control or closely related area with people leadership
• Experience owning P&L reporting in a controlled environment
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, reconciliations, and control frameworks
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders in a global, matrixed org
• Track record of driving change: reporting modernization, automation, or controls
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present to senior audiences
• Advanced spreadsheet skills and strong presentation-building capability
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance/business

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop a team of product controllers with clear priorities and risk discipline
• Own end-to-end P&L reporting and key risk reporting for supported products; ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Deliver executive, decision-useful financial insights and narratives
• Set direction for management reporting content, metrics, governance, and cadence
• Partner with operations, technology, middle office and other control functions to strengthen end-to-end controls
• Govern accounting treatment considerations for new products; engage partners early
• Drive issue management and remediation with root-cause analysis
• Lead change initiatives like process automation and data quality improvements
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to resolve complex reporting topics
• Prepare senior-level materials including executive presentations and analyses
• Respond to high-priority requests from control partners with urgency and quality
