You will shape risk-aware workflows, deliver clear management reporting, and supervise control frameworks across markets, with emphasis on accuracy and process efficiency.

Qualifikationen

• 10 years of experience in financial services operations, program management, and/or client service.
• Experience with market-wide payments change initiatives and ISO 20022 implementations.
• Experience with trade settlements lifecycle processing and issue resolution.
• Experience evaluating or governing AI-driven solutions for scalable improvements.
• Experience leading teams using AI-enabled analytics and automation.

Aufgaben

• Lead cash settlements, cash movements, and daily control execution.
• Develop and manage an operational control framework with global stakeholders.
• Collaborate with technology teams on system design and controls.
• Engage with internal and external counterparties to resolve lifecycle issues.
• Identify discrepancies, root causes, and implement preventive actions.
• Oversee KPIs and risk indicators; drive performance improvement.
• Lead process improvements to increase throughput and strengthen controls.
• Prepare management reporting on risk themes and delivery progress.
