Protouch Staffing is seeking an Executive Director of Mental Health to oversee operations and clinical services for an outpatient behavioral health practice offering IOP and PHP programs in Nashville, TN. This full-time, permanent role focuses on leading staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving quality outcomes.

The candidate will supervise clinical and administrative teams, monitor KPIs, and foster community outreach and referral relationships while maintaining a client-centered

Qualifications

• Active clinical license required (LICSW, LPC, LMFT or similar).
• 5+ years of leadership experience in behavioral health or substance use treatment.
• Experience overseeing IOP and PHP programs.
• Master’s degree in Public Health, Business Admin, Public Admin, Psychology, Counseling or Social Work.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise clinical and administrative staff.
• Oversee daily operations and service delivery.
• Monitor KPIs and support operational goals.
• Ensure quality care across IOP and PHP programs.
• Review group therapy assignments and caseloads.
• Lead performance improvement initiatives.
• Support referral relationships and community outreach.
• Ensure regulatory licensing and accreditation compliance.
• Monitor patient satisfaction and treatment outcomes.
