Job summary

Heritage Springs is seeking an Executive Director to lead the community, overseeing marketing, business and financial functions to meet occupancy and financial goals. You will ensure staff alignment with the company’s mission and values while maintaining regulatory compliance.

The role requires Nevada ALF/RCF licensure, a preferred healthcare/administration degree, and 5+ years of senior administration in assisted living. Expect active leadership of a dynamic team in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Valid Nevada ALF/RCF Administrators License.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in healthcare, human services, or administration.
• 5+ years of administration and supervision in assisted living or memory care.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Ownership attitude with ability to stay focused amid interruptions.
• Ability to lead a management team and promote staff development.
• Thorough knowledge of state/federal regulations.

Responsibilities

• Direct responsibility for financial management and regulatory compliance of the community.
• Lead Sales and Marketing to exceed occupancy and revenue targets.
• Maintain oversight of financial monitoring tools and reports with appropriate personnel.
• Lead approval for contracts for services in the community.
• Comply with local/state/federal regulations and stay updated on changes.
• Maintain good relations with regulatory agencies.
• Participate in industry organizations to stay abreast of issues/trends.
• Promote the Cascade Living mission, values and beliefs.
