Heritage Springs Memory Care in Nevada is seeking a Wellness Director (Health Services) to lead the nursing team and coordinate resident care within our Memory Care program. You will oversee staff, develop service plans, perform daily rounds, and collaborate with physicians and leaders to maintain high quality of life for residents.

This full-time role requires an LPN license and flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Active Practical Nursing License (LPN)
• CPR certification
• First aid certification
• Medication certification (preferred)

Responsabilités

• Make a significant contribution to the quality of life of residents by maintaining the highest possible quality and consistency.
• Review routines, calendar of events, team member schedules and coordinate resident appointments, treatments, or procedures.
• Assist with new resident orientation and transition to community.
• Develop, implement and update service plans.
• Make daily rounds to observe and evaluate residents' physical and emotional status.
• Coordinate admission and discharge of residents.
• Evaluate employee performance and oversee recruiting, hiring and training new employees.
• Ensure documentation of resident clinical status and communication with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Ensure medications and supplies are ordered, in stock and counted at shift change.
• Demonstrate organizational skills around time management.
• Promote the mission, values and beliefs of Cascade Living.
