Heritage Springs Memory Care, Inc. seeks a Nurse Resident Care Director to oversee resident care services, ensuring high-quality, person-centered care in line with regulations.

The role partners with the Executive Director and HR to maintain compliance, operational efficiency, and outcomes. Responsibilities include supervising care staff, managing assessments, coordinating with physicians, and ensuring medication oversight while upholding safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• LPN licensed and in good standing in the applicable state.
• Minimum 3 years in senior living, personal care, or healthcare setting.
• Experience supervising or leading care staff.
• Proven ability to manage dementia care and behavioral situations.
• Proficiency with EHR, medication systems, and MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Supervise Resident Care Coordinator, Medication Technicians, Resident Assistants, and other direct care staff.
• Ensure adherence to care standards, documentation, and policies.
• Provide on-the-floor leadership, guidance, and staff support.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, training, and disciplinary actions.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented environment focused on accountability and quality care.
• Ensure resident care services comply with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Maintain survey readiness and participate in inspections and audits.
• Oversee completion and accuracy of resident assessments and care plans.
• Monitor quality of care and implement improvements as needed.
