Job summary

JLL seeks a visionary leader for Technical Services Engineering to drive Digital Smart Building programs for key clients. You will oversee engineering programs, apply emerging technologies, and guide strategic initiatives with executive presence.

The role balances on-site client work with hybrid coordination, leading a team of professionals and coordinating across BOS, IoT, and network systems to ensure project delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, or 10+ years of Navy Nuclear experience and certifications.
• 10+ years in Network/Controls engineering, cyber-security requirements, and MEPT facilities operations.
• Advanced knowledge of management and operation of Advanced Logic (ALC) controllers is required.
• Demonstrated leadership managing a multi-regional BOS IoT program with change management skills.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to summarize complex ideas professionally.
• Proficiency with Corrigo CMMS, Google Tools, and executive-level presentation development.

Responsibilities

• Lead BOS IoT program initiatives, including BMS connectivity and monitoring.
• Develop and enforce an operational support model with security compliance.
• Design and deploy FDD solutions to improve energy efficiency and maintenance.
• Serve as a trusted client advisor and deliver clear program health updates.
