Job summary

JLL is seeking a visionary leader to direct Technical Services - Digital Smart Building Programs for a key client. You will oversee the development, implementation, and application of emerging technologies while guiding BOS, IoT, and analytics initiatives.

Lead a team of 4+ engineers, collaborate with stakeholders, manage risk, and deliver on-time program milestones across multiple U.S. locations in a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in engineering, engineering technology, or a related field, or 10+ years of equivalent experience.
• Experience in Network/Controls engineering and cyber-security in facilities (MEP) operations.
• Demonstrated leadership leading multi-regional BOS IoT programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead BOS IoT program strategy, monitoring, and control across client networks.
• Develop operational support model and security-compliant BOS processes.
• Design, develop, and implement FDD for energy efficiency and predictive maintenance.
• Provide technical guidance across Network, BMS, and IoT systems and support key programs.
