• 10+ years of experience in strategy, management consulting, transformation, or related field.
• Experience leading large-scale transformation programs with enterprise-wide scope and executive visibility; measurable outcomes.
• Proven ability to influence and partner with senior executives across complex organizations.
• Deep understanding of customer journey transformation, operating model design, and digital modernization.
• Strong strategic thinking and structured problem-solving with actionable solutions.
• Executive communication and storytelling skills; experience presenting to senior leadership.
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams while managing multiple priorities.
• Strong financial acumen, including business case development and value realization.
• Experience driving cross-functional initiatives across business, technology, analytics, operations, risk, and product.
• Ability to balance strategic vision with operational execution and measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Set and drive enterprise strategy: define the strategic vision, priorities, and multi-year roadmap for AI-enabled journey transformation.
• Partner with executives to prioritize impact: identify and prioritize opportunities to accelerate digital adoption and outcomes.
• Lead end-to-end transformation execution across functions and programs.
• Thought leadership on AI, digital, and customer experience trends; translate into actionable strategies.
• Shape investment and value agenda: develop business cases and transformation roadmaps.
• Maintain strong controls and responsible AI deployment.
• Build enterprise partnerships and advisory influence with executives across functions.
• Drive governance and cross-org alignment through steering committees and forums.
• Scale AI journey capabilities with rigorous prioritization of use cases.
• Design journeys and operating models for accountability with governance and KPIs.
