Chase is seeking an AI ML Governance & Automation Lead to drive complex governance programs across Consumer & Community Banking Digital AI/ML. You will partner with data scientists, engineers, and risk partners to reduce friction in the model lifecycle while maintaining strong controls and fostering responsible innovation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical program management leading complex technology, data, AI/ML, risk, or governance programs.
• Deep knowledge of AI/ML development lifecycles, governance, and risk management.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing across multiple teams.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional programs with dependencies and evolving requirements.
• Analytical reasoning and problem solving to translate objectives into plans.
• Experience driving process improvement and operating model design in tech environments.
• Excellent communication to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute program plans to accelerate AI/ML governance and delivery.
• Partner with data science, engineering, product, legal, risk, and business teams to define scope and success metrics.
• Design scalable governance solutions for agentic and customer-facing AI/ML use cases.
• Identify risks and implement contingency plans to maintain momentum.
• Translate requirements into actionable milestones and execution activities.
• Drive cross-functional alignment on governance standards, controls, and procedures.
• Use data-driven insights to improve speed, quality, and consistency.
• Champion agile delivery and responsible AI practices across the team.
• Communicate status, risks, and dependencies to senior stakeholders.
