Job summary

Chase is seeking an Executive Director to leadAgentic AI strategy within Open Banking, guiding adoption from experiment to scale while ensuring compliance and customer service excellence. The role collaborates with senior leaders across product, risk, legal, and operations, owning governance and strategic roadmaps for responsible AI deployment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of AI or machine learning, automation, product delivery or transformation leadership in financial services.
• Strong knowledge of agent orchestration tools, function calling evolution, safe deployment patterns.
• Proven ability to build and execute road maps and governance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the agentic AI strategy for Open Banking from experiment to scale with stage gates and success metrics.
• Partner with Open Banking Product Management to identify and prioritize product use cases for improvements in speed, accuracy, or experience.
• Define and prioritize high impact agentic use cases across the Open Banking journey.
• Establish governance including risk assessment, human-in-the-loop controls and escalation paths.
• Serve as the accountable executive for decisions on pilot, scale, redesign, or stop based on value and readiness.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with engineering, risk, legal, compliance, and operations for production readiness and governance.
• Build executive level reporting for ROI and risk posture.
• Lead the agentic operating model standards and observability to enable scalable, responsible AI.
• Uphold executive director responsibilities including risk management, ethics, and standards.
• Foster accountability, engagement, and high performance within the team.
