Job summary
CVS Health is seeking an Executive Director for Health100 App, Digital Product, to lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-driven health experiences spanning conversational AI, care coordination, and wellness. You will set guardrails for safe, scalable customer experiences and partner across Product, Design, Engineering, Clinical, Legal/Privacy, and Operations.
The role requires extensive leadership, healthcare domain expertise, and the ability to translate member needs into differentiated
Qualifications
- 15+ years of progressive product management experience in consumer digital products.
- Experience building and launching AI-powered/conversational AI or agent-based products with governance and safety considerations.
- Meaningful experience in healthcare or digital health in regulated environments.
- Experience developing digital products that leverage complex health data to personalize experiences.
- Experience creating consumer experiences related to care navigation, wellness, or health management journeys.
- Strong understanding of privacy, consent, safety, regulatory requirements, and responsible use of AI and health data.
Responsibilities
- Lead product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Health100 experiences spanning conversational AI, care coordination, wellness, and ongoing treatment; own the AI assistant and evolving agent capabilities.
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from strategy through launch, adoption, measurement, and optimization.
- Oversee experiences helping members find, access, and coordinate care, including provider discovery and scheduling.
- Own the member wellness experience and how data are integrated, interpreted, and translated into actionable experiences.
- Develop and scale digital experiences for longitudinal health journeys with guardrails for new conditions and programs.
- Set product goals and success metrics; use insights, performance, and outcomes to inform roadmaps.
- Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Clinical, Legal/Privacy, Operations, and business teams to translate needs into scalable product capabilities.
