Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Executive Director for the Health100 App, Digital Product to lead strategy for AI-powered health experiences. You will own the product roadmap across conversational AI, care coordination, wellness, and treatment, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver trusted digital health solutions.

Responsibilities include establishing product standards, scaling experiences, and driving measurable outcomes while ensuring safety and compliance in AI-enabled health data use.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive product management experience in digital health or regulated spaces.
• Experience building and launching AI-powered, conversational AI or agent-based products.
• Strong executive communication and influencing skills across senior stakeholders.
• Experience handling privacy, safety, regulatory requirements for health data.
• Ability to translate consumer and clinical needs into scalable product capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead vision, strategy, and roadmap for Health100 experiences including AI assistant capabilities.
• Oversee end-to-end lifecycle from concept through launch, adoption, and optimization.
• Drive care navigation, scheduling, and provider discovery experiences for members.
• Own wellness experiences and interpretation of health data for actionable insights.
• Scale digital health journeys with guardrails for new conditions and programs.
• Define goals and success metrics informing roadmap priorities.
• Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Clinical, Legal/Privacy, Operations, and business teams.
