Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking an Executive Director for the Health100 App, Digital Product in Woonsocket, RI. You will lead vision and roadmaps for AI-powered health experiences, guiding cross-functional teams across care coordination, wellness, and ongoing treatment.

You will ensure safe, data-driven, and compliant experiences, partnering with Product, Design, Engineering, Clinical, Legal/Privacy, and Operations to translate member needs into scalable capabilities.

Qualifications

15+ years of progressive product management experience in consumer digital products.
Experience building AI-powered, conversational AI, or agent-based products.
Meaningful experience in healthcare, digital health, or regulated consumer environments.
Experience using health data to create personalized and actionable experiences.

Responsibilities

Lead the product vision, strategy, roadmap for Health100 experiences, including the conversational AI assistant and its capabilities.
Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle from strategy through launch, adoption, measurement, and optimization.
Guide experiences that help members access care, navigate providers, and coordinate scheduling across care options.
Own the wellness experience and integration of health data to deliver relevant actions.
Develop scalable product frameworks and guardrails for introducing new conditions and programs over time.
Establish goals and success metrics using member insights and business outcomes to inform priorities.
