Job summary
JLL is seeking an Executive Director of Technology Solutions within the REMS Technology organization. You will translate a complex, AI-driven ecosystem into compelling narratives that win clients, shape strategy, and influence the platform's future.
You will lead executive conversations, craft strategic technology solutions, and drive pre-sales, product demonstrations, and market intelligence to accelerate deals in corporate real estate.
Qualifications
- 15+ years at the intersection of enterprise technology and complex sales.
- Experience presenting to C-suite decision-makers and shaping outcomes.
- Background across multiple technologies, in consulting or software.
- Corporate real estate experience is a strong advantage; advanced degree a plus.
Responsibilities
- Executive Thought Leadership: lead high-stakes conversations with C-suite decision-makers.
- Pre-Sales Strategy & Solutioning: act as strategic architect across sales, product, and delivery.
- AI-Forward Product Demonstrations: craft technology narratives spanning the real estate lifecycle.
- Product Innovation & Market Intelligence: feed the voice of the client into strategy.
- Commercial & Bid Leadership: contribute to RFPs, pricing narratives, and bids.
