The role supports project teams, delivers client-ready analyses, and helps translate strategic recommendations into actionable execution plans while leveraging AI-enabled tools for insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Consulting, Real Estate, Business Strategy, or Organizational Transformation.
• 6–10 years of experience in real estate or real estate consulting with transformation focus.

Responsibilities

• Support enterprise real estate, facilities, and workplace transformation engagements.
• Present consulting deliverables to client executives.
• Lead large-scale transformation programs across portfolio optimization, workplace modernization, and service model redesign.
• Translate recommendations into actionable plans across people, process, technology, and real estate.
• Analyze data from surveys and interviews to inform recommendations.
• Deliver day-to-day project requirements on time and with quality.
• Assist business development through proposals and thought leadership.
