You will drive front-line strategy and solutions across sales, product, and delivery, orchestrating AI-forward demonstrations and shaping market intelligence to outpace competitors in corporate real estate deployments.

Qualifications

• Fifteen plus years in enterprise technology and complex sales.
• Experience presenting to executives and influencing decisions.
• Cross-functional experience across consulting or software; real estate tech is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Executive Thought Leadership: lead conversations with C-suite and align AI capabilities with business outcomes.
• Pre-Sales Strategy & Solutioning: act as strategic architect across sales, product, and delivery.
• AI-Forward Product Demonstrations: tell AI-driven transformation stories across the real estate lifecycle.
• Product Innovation & Market Intelligence: capture client voice and stay ahead of competition.
• Commercial & Bid Leadership: influence pricing and positioning in competitive bids.
