Qualifications

• Deep understanding of the corporate real estate services industry including facilities management and lease administration.
• Bias toward commercial impact with a track record of using research to support client engagement or strategic positioning.
• Strong analytical mindset with comfort in using proprietary data, surveys, and market intelligence.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to senior clients and stakeholders and translate findings into actionable narratives.
• Ability to collaborate across a global, matrixed organization spanning Research, Marketing and multiple business lines.
• Global mindset with curiosity about regional differences and Americas representation in global research.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled research tools and productivity applications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary research and insight partner for the REMS service lines, engaging clients and supporting business development.
• Leverage data from across Research, REMS programs, and external sources to deliver differentiated, actionable insights.
• Lead client-facing research presentations and advisory conversations translating market dynamics into clear narratives.
• Partner with REMS leads, business development and Marketing to embed insights into go-to-market strategies and proposals.
• Represent the Americas REMS platform in global forums and apply global intelligence to client work.
• Identify emerging topics and white space to shape a forward-looking research agenda.
• Leverage industry events and programs to position JLL as a thought leader in real estate services.
• Apply AI-enabled tools to improve quality, speed and scale in research workflows.
