Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking an Executive Director of Technology Solutions in Boston to translate a complex AI-driven ecosystem into compelling client narratives and win strategic opportunities. The role focuses on market-facing leadership, with responsibility for AI-enabled product narratives across the real‑estate lifecycle,
JLL empowers you to shape a brighter way. Our people at JLL are shaping the future of real estate for a better world by combining world class services, advisory and technology for our clients.
We are committed to hiring the best, most talented people and empowering them to thrive, grow meaningful careers and to find a place where they belong. Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.
Corporate real estate is being rewritten — by AI, by data, by the clients who demand more from their technology partners than a demo and a proposal. This role exists because we need someone who can walk into any room, at any level, and change how people think about what's possible. This is not a support role. This is a market‑facing executive role. As an Executive Director of Technology Solutions within our REMS Technology organization, you will be the human embodiment of our technology vision — translating a complex, AI‑driven ecosystem into compelling narratives that win clients, shape strategy, and influence the future of our platform.
You not only present technology — you make executives believe in it. You'll lead high‑stakes conversations with C‑suite decision‑makers, weaving together business outcomes, AI capabilities, and long‑term roadmap into stories that resonate and compel action. Your executive presence is your most powerful tool.
You operate at the front of the sales cycle as a strategic architect — not support. You'll navigate complex, multi‑stakeholder organizations, partnering across sales, product, and delivery to craft technology solutions that are both visionary and winnable. You lead through influence, and your credibility influences the win.
You'll orchestrate end‑to‑end technology narratives that span the entire real‑estate lifecycle — from lease administration and transaction management to occupancy planning, facilities, employee experience, and business intelligence. You don't show features. You show transformation, with AI as the throughline.
You are a feedback loop between the market and our product teams. You bring the voice of the client into product strategy, stay ahead of the competitive landscape, and continuously sharpen your expertise across every functional area of the real‑estate lifecycle.
You understand the economics of what we sell. You'll contribute to RFP responses, shape pricing narratives, and influence how we position ourselves in competitive pursuits — bringing both technical credibility and commercial instinct to every bid.
Your personal learning philosophy: Learn. Teach. Innovate. Repeat.
Corporate real estate experience is a strong advantage. An advanced degree is a plus. But what matters most is that you've already earned a seat at the table — and you're ready to build a bigger one.
