Job summary

Factspan is seeking a Director to lead Adobe Experience Cloud and Customer Journey Analytics initiatives for a major client. You will shape strategy, architecture, and transformation across CJA, AEP, and related Adobe products, guiding delivery teams and executives.

The role demands 15+ years of enterprise MarTech experience, deep hands-on expertise in CJA and AEP, and strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills to translate objectives into measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of overall experience in enterprise MarTech and Adobe implementations.
• Deep hands-on and architectural expertise in CJA and AEP is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of SQL, data engineering, APIs, event-driven architectures, customer identity, attribution, experimentation, and personalization.
• Retail, ecommerce, loyalty, or large-scale consumer experience strongly preferred.
• Exceptional executive communication, consulting, architecture, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define the enterprise Adobe Experience Cloud strategy, roadmap, architecture, and operating model.
• Provide architectural leadership across CJA, AEP, AJO, RT-CDP, Adobe Analytics, Target, AEM, Campaign, Tags, Web SDK, Mobile SDK, and Adobe Experience Platform Data Collection.
• Establish integration patterns between Adobe platforms, cloud data platforms, CRM, loyalty, ecommerce, media, and enterprise applications.
• Lead enterprise CJA architecture, implementation, and adoption.
• Design connections, data views, derived fields, metrics, dimensions, attribution models, journey analysis, and executive reporting.
