Bounteous is seeking a Director of Analytics to serve as a senior strategic advisor and hands-on analytics leader for clients. You’ll shape measurement strategy, guide project teams, and stay close to the work while shaping how clients think about analytics.

Bring deep expertise in Adobe Analytics and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), with a track record of leading workshops, designing KPI frameworks, and mentoring consultants.

Qualifications

• 8+ years hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics.
• 8+ years in an agency or client-facing consulting environment, with senior/lead experience.
• Strong track record building client trust and shaping strategy at senior level.
• Experience leading project teams and mentoring consultants or analysts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior strategic advisor to clients, shaping analytics, testing, and data-driven decision making.
• Build and grow long-term client relationships and identify opportunities to expand scope.
• Lead measurement strategy workshops and define KPIs with clients.
• Guide analytics implementation, tagging strategy, and data governance best practices.
• Oversee and contribute to test-and-learn programs and experimentation strategy.
• Set standards for analytics strategy, dashboarding, and reporting across the team.
• Mentor consultants on technical skills and consulting craft.
