Job summary

EY is seeking an Adobe CJA Developer Senior to join the Marketing Transformation team. You will design, develop, and implement analytics solutions using Adobe Customer Journey Analytics to deliver actionable insights for client marketing strategies.

You will lead requirements gathering, build UI across mobile/web, and create dashboards that communicate outcomes to stakeholders while mentoring team members and collaborating with clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• Typically, 2–4 years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics or similar analytics platforms.
• Strong understanding of data visualization tools and techniques.
• Experience in marketing analytics, customer experience, or related fields.
• Proficiency in Adobe CJA configuration and implementation.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools (SQL, Python, R) and visualization software (Tableau, Power BI).
• Regular travel may be required to meet with clients.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop analytics solutions using Adobe CJA to provide insights on customer behavior and marketing performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope.
• Implement data collection strategies and ensure data integrity across marketing channels.
