Job summary

Blue Acorn iCi is seeking a hands-on Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) Lead to drive an ongoing implementation. You will act as the primary voice of CJA expertise, providing technical leadership, design, and practical execution while working independently.

This role emphasizes hands-on delivery, deep platform knowledge, and the ability to configure CJA solutions across Workspace, Data Views, and reporting. Strong AEP experience and architecture decisions are essential.

Qualifications

• Deep, hands-on expertise with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics including analysis workspace, data views, metrics, dimensions, segments, and reporting.
• Strong Adobe Experience Platform knowledge: data architecture, XDM, datasets, Identity Service, Real-Time Customer Profile, data ingestion.

Responsibilities

• Lead ongoing CJA implementation providing independent technical direction and guidance.
• Design and configure CJA solutions across Analysis Workspace, Data Views, metrics, dimensions, and reporting.
• Guide data enablement through AEP, including XDM schema design, datasets, and identity strategy.
• Independently evaluate current implementation, identify gaps and execute solutions.
