Job summary

EY seeks an Adobe CJA Developer Senior to join the Marketing Transformation team. You will design, develop, and implement analytics solutions using Adobe Customer Journey Analytics to drive marketing insights and strategy.

You will lead UI development across platforms, collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams, and mentor junior staff while delivering actionable analytics and dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• 2–4 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Proven experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics or similar analytics platforms.
• Strong data visualization skills and marketing analytics background.
• Proficiency in Adobe CJA configuration and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop analytics solutions using Adobe CJA to provide insights into customer behavior and marketing performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope and objectives.
• Implement data collection strategies and ensure data integrity across marketing channels.
