Job summary

EY seeks an Adobe CJA Developer Senior to join the Marketing Transformation team. You will design, develop, and implement Adobe Customer Journey Analytics solutions to derive customer insights and improve marketing strategies.

Responsibilities include UI development, data collection, dashboards, and stakeholder communications. Travel may be required; strong analytics and leadership are essential for mentoring and guiding client engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• Typically, 2–4 years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics or similar analytics platforms.
• Strong understanding of data visualization tools and techniques.
• Experience in marketing analytics or customer experience roles.
• Ability to support business development opportunities through the sales lifecycle.
• Proficiency in Adobe CJA configuration and implementation.
• Familiarity with SQL, Python, R and data viz tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Willingness to travel to meet with clients.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop analytics solutions using Adobe CJA to provide insights into customer behavior and marketing performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope and objectives.
• Implement data collection strategies and ensure data integrity across marketing channels.
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and optimization opportunities.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Provide thought leadership on best practices in data analytics and journey mapping.
• Mentor junior team members and foster collaboration.
• Collaborate with clients to analyze requirements and ensure the final product meets needs.
• Design and develop user interfaces that are functional and enhance user experience.
• Write clean, maintainable code and create specifications to support business objectives.
