Job summary

Pinnacle Treatment Centers, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Director to oversee all clinical teammates and programs in New Jersey. You will provide clinical guidance, training, and evaluation with a focus on quality outcomes and policy adherence.

The role requires NJ Independent Counseling license and CCS, plus strong supervision experience and the ability to travel up to 10% for meetings and conferences. Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of experience in substance use and/or behavioral health, including group and individual counseling with treatment planning skills and case management.
• Licensure and/or certification within the state of employment: LCADC and CCS preferred; LPC or LCSW with CCS preferred.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing.
• Ability to travel up to 10% to attend meetings and conferences.

Responsibilities

• Assures compliance of the clinical program with CARF, DMHAS, and state/federal standards, including confidentiality.
• Monitors the daily flow of all clinical programs and schedules; addresses adaptations to population needs.
• Monitors participation of all patients.
• Monitor quality assurance of all clinical records for participants and ensure proper documentation.
• Provide direct supervision, feedback, and training to clinical staff.
