LCS seeks an Executive Director to lead the Cypress of Charlotte, a Life Plan community in Charlotte, NC. You will provide overall leadership and direction for residents, families, employees, and operations, driving exceptional experiences and ensuring regulatory compliance.

The role requires 5+ years of progressive leadership in senior living or healthcare, budget management, and a demonstrated ability to partner with stakeholders to achieve strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a senior living or healthcare community.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and financial performance.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with residents, families, employees, and partners.
• Experience guiding a Life Plan community or similar setup.

Job Description LCS is seeking an experienced and compassionate Executive Director to lead the overall operations for the Cypress of Charlotte located in Charlotte, North Carolina. As the Executive Director, you will provide overall leadership and direction for the community, creating an environment where residents thrive, and the employees feel valued and engaged. This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for overall performance and success of the community. You will partner closely with residents, families, employees, and organizational leaders to ensure an exceptional experience at every level. • Provide overall leadership, direction, and accountability for community operations

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, senior living, hospitality, or related field
• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or a related environment
• Experience managing budgets, financial performance, and operational metrics
• Ability to build trusted relationships with residents, families, employees, and business partners
• Experience leading a senior living Life Plan community
