Job summary

LCS is seeking an Executive Director for Clarendale at Indian Lake in Hendersonville, TN, to lead operations, financial performance, resident satisfaction, and team engagement.

You will coach department leaders, oversee multi-department operations, and drive occupancy through strategic planning, partnerships with sales and marketing, and a focus on delivering exceptional resident experiences and family engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, hospitality, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience within senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or related service industry.
• Experience leading large teams and multi-department operations.
• Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, and operational planning.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Passion for serving older adults and creating resident experiences.

LCS is hiring for an Executive Director to oversee the overall operations a Clarendale at Indian Lake located in Hendersonville, TN. This community offers 115 independent living units, 38 assisted living, and 38 memory care units. At Clarendale at Indian Lake, you will have an opportunity to join a collaborative, energetic team dedicated to delivering outstanding experiences for residents and their families while fostering a culture of compassion, accountability, and excellence.

The Executive Director serves as the overall leader of the community, responsible for operational excellence, financial performance, resident satisfaction, employee engagement, and strategic growth. This role provides visionary leadership while creating exceptional experience for residents, families, and team members.
