Job summary

LCS seeks an experienced Executive Director to lead the Cypress of Charlotte in Charlotte, NC. This high-visibility role provides overall leadership for community operations and a superb resident experience.

You will partner with residents, families, employees, and leaders to drive engagement, ensure compliance, and execute strategic initiatives while fostering a culture of trust and accountability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or related environments.
• Experience managing budgets, financial performance, and operational metrics.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with residents, families, employees, and business partners.
• Experience leading a Life Plan community.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership, direction, and accountability for community operations.
• Monitor key operational metrics and develop action plans to address opportunities and challenges.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
• Collaborate with regional and corporate leaders to execute organizational strategies and initiatives.
• Establish a strong leadership presence and foster a culture built on trust, accountability, collaboration, and respect.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, employees, and community partners.
• Serve as a visible, engaged, and strategic leader within the community and local market.
• Champion the organization’s mission, values, and strategic priorities.
• Ensure the community consistently delivers exceptional resident experience.
