LCS is seeking an Executive Director to lead Clarendale at Indian Lake in Hendersonville, TN. This community offers independent living, assisted living, and memory care, emphasizing compassionate, accountable, and excellent service to residents and families.

As a senior leader, you will oversee operations, financial performance, resident satisfaction, and staff engagement while guiding strategy and growth. We value collaboration, strong communication, and a passion for aging services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, hospitality, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience within senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or related service industry.
• Provide experience leading large teams and multi-department operations.
• Strong financial acumen, including budget, forecasting, and operational planning.
• Exceptional communication, relationship building, and leadership skills.
• Passion for serving older adults and creating exceptional resident experiences.

LCS is hiring for an Executive Director to oversee the overall operations a Clarendale at Indian Lake located in Hendersonville, TN. This community offers 115 independent living units, 38 assisted living, and 38 memory care units. At Clarendale at Indian Lake, you will have an opportunity to join a collaborative, energetic team dedicated to delivering outstanding experiences for residents and their families while fostering a culture of compassion, accountability, and excellence.

The Executive Director serves as the overall leader of the community, responsible for operational excellence, financial performance, resident satisfaction, employee engagement, and strategic growth. This role provides visionary leadership while creating exceptional experience for residents, families, and team members.
