LCS seeks an experienced Executive Director to lead the Cypress of Charlotte, a Life Plan Community in Charlotte, North Carolina. You will provide leadership and direction for the community, ensuring residents thrive and staff feel valued.

This high-visibility role requires strong financial oversight, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with residents, families, and regional leaders to deliver exceptional resident experiences and sustainable performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, senior living, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in senior living or related fields.
• Experience managing budgets and operational metrics; strong stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership, direction, and accountability for community operations.
• Monitor key operational metrics and develop action plans to address opportunities and challenges.
• Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations as well as organizational policies and standards.
• Collaborate with regional and corporate leaders to execute organizational strategies & initiatives.
• Establish a strong leadership presence and foster a culture built on trust, accountability, collaboration, and respect.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, employees, and community partners.

LCS is seeking an experienced and compassionate Executive Director to lead the overall operations for the Cypress of Charlotte located in Charlotte, North Carolina. As the Executive Director, you will provide overall leadership and direction for the community, creating an environment where residents thrive, and the employees feel valued and engaged.

This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for overall performance and success of the community. You will partner closely with residents, families, employees, and organizational leaders to ensure an exceptional experience at every level.

The Cypress of Charlotte is a Life Plan community that offers independent living, memory care, assisted living, home health, and skilled nursing.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, senior living, hospitality, or related field
• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or a related environment
• Experience managing budgets, financial performance, and operational metrics
• Ability to build trusted relationships with residents, families, employees, and business partners
• Experience leading a senior living Life Plan community
