Life Plan community The Cypress of Charlotte in Charlotte, NC seeks an Executive Director to lead operations, set strategic direction, and ensure an exceptional resident experience. You will partner with residents, families, employees, and leadership to drive performance.

• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or a related environment.
• Experience managing budgets, financial performance, and operational metrics.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with residents, families, employees, and business partners.
• Experience leading a senior living Life Plan community.

LCS is seeking an experienced and compassionate Executive Director to lead the overall operations for the Cypress of Charlotte located in Charlotte, North Carolina. As the Executive Director, you will provide overall leadership and direction for the community, creating an environment where residents thrive, and the employees feel valued and engaged.

This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for overall performance and success of the community. You will partner closely with residents, families, employees, and organizational leaders to ensure an exceptional experience at every level.

The Cypress of Charlotte is a Life Plan community that offers independent living, memory care, assisted living, home health, and skilled nursing.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, senior living, hospitality, or related field
• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or a related environment

• Ability to build trusted relationships with residents, families, employees, and business partners
• Experience leading a senior living Life Plan community
