Warwick Investment Group is seeking an experienced Senior Desktop Support Technician in Oklahoma City to maintain workstation environments for staff and support the executive team with hands-on IT service.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience as a Desktop Technician.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Oil and Gas IT experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on analysis and troubleshooting of technical issues of varying complexity.
• Provide in-person and remote troubleshooting, including executive support.
• Respond to service desk tickets and manage incidents end-to-end.
