Qualifications

• Previous Tier I or II Desktop Support experience.
• Experience supporting Mac and Windows environments.
• Basic networking knowledge including IP addressing and connectivity troubleshooting.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on desktop support for end users.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop and laptop hardware.
• Support Windows and Mac operating systems.
• Imaging, device deployments, software installations, and upgrades.
• Troubleshoot printer, peripheral, and connectivity issues.
• Assist with hardware replacements and workstation setups.
• Document issues and resolutions while maintaining high customer service.
• Collaborate with team to ensure timely resolution of issues.
