Job summary

International Executive Service Corps in Oklahoma is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to assist staff across locations with technical support for desktops, applications and related technology. The role involves installation, testing of computer systems and peripherals, as well as maintenance and testing of workstations, laptops and accessories.

A degree is preferred, with 3+ years of workstation support, strong customer service, hardware/software troubleshooting, and HIPAA compliance

Qualifications

Associates degree in Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent preferred; experience or certification may be substituted.
3+ years workstation support in a large production environment preferred.
Customer Service experience required.
Experience troubleshooting and replacing hardware on desktops and laptops.
Experience installing software, patches, updates on desktops, laptops and peripherals.
Experience troubleshooting basic network, software, and printing problems.
Experience with workstation support under government security requirements (HIPAA).

Responsibilities

Provide technical support for desktop computers, applications and related technology.
Assist in installation and testing of computer systems and peripherals.
Maintain and test workstations, laptops, peripherals and associated equipment.
