Job summary

TEKsystems seeks a Desktop Support Analyst for an onsite role in Shelton, CT. You will provide end-user support for macOS and Windows, manage conference room tech, and troubleshoot hardware and software issues in a fast-paced environment.

You will deliver white-glove service to executives and staff, maintain endpoint devices, and collaborate with IT teams to improve support processes and documentation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in desktop support or equivalent roles.
• Experience supporting macOS and Windows 11.
• Experience providing onsite corporate IT support, including executive users.
• Experience supporting conference room and collaboration technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite desktop and end-user support for hardware, software, and mobile devices.
• Deliver white-glove support to executives and staff, ensuring professionalism and responsiveness.
• Support and troubleshoot macOS/Apple devices, Windows 11, Office 365, Teams.
• Manage requests and incidents through ITSM tools (ServiceNow or similar).
• Support conference room tech and executive meeting setups.
• Perform deployments, repairs, and maintenance of workstations.
• Document solutions and contribute to knowledge articles.
