Job summary

Staffingine LLC in Houston, TX seeks an EUS Field Service Engineer to provide L2/L3 deskside support for Windows and macOS, manage escalated tickets, and execute device lifecycle activities using Intune and Jamf. Qualifications

• 4+ years in enterprise IT support or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 deskside support for Windows and macOS devices and peripherals.
• Manage escalated tickets and maintain KB updates in ITSM.
• Execute device lifecycle tasks (imaging, deployment, refresh, decommission) using Intune/Jamf.
• Support onboarding/offboarding (JML) for HQ employees and ensure account readiness.
• Coordinate AV and executive support activities and maintain asset inventory.
