Job summary

The role requires resolving complex issues, performing hardware/software tasks, and ensuring smooth AV setups for high-priority meetings.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 5+ years in IT, and strong communication skills to provide executive-level service while collaborating

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (5+ years IT role).
• 2+ years experience in desktop hardware, OS, smartphones, bar codes, printers.
• 2+ years experience in Microsoft 365 products (Windows, Office, Outlook, Teams).
• Strong written and verbal communication for executive-level support.

Responsibilities

• Deliver world-class IT support to onsite and remote executives.
• Independently resolve complex break/fix issues in person or via telephone.
• Perform installations, replacements, upgrades, and other hardware/software tasks as needed.
• Setup and monitor high-priority executive meetings utilizing collaboration and AV services.
• Provide technical support to Office Services as needed.
• Provide recommendations regarding new technologies to better support executives and users.
• Proactive support and escalations as needed.
• Follow procedures for logging, reporting, and monitoring desktop operations.
